Who wants to be a slave to a treadmill, elliptical or stair-master? Well if your goals are to put on muscle mass and build strength the answer is noone. We all know that to get lean you have to do cardio and have a great consistent and nutritional diet, but too much cardio can be counterproductive and can make you lose muscle.
